Why this policy exists
Hskky helps people keep their real email address private. To keep the Service reliable and trusted by email providers, every user must use it responsibly. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
What you must not do
- Use aliases for fraud, scams, identity theft or impersonation of a person or organisation.
- Use aliases to harass, threaten or stalk anyone.
- Use aliases to evade bans, suspensions or limits imposed by other services, or to abuse promotions such as repeat sign-up offers or free trials.
- Use aliases to receive phishing kits, malware, stolen data or other unlawful content.
- Create aliases automatically or in bulk, or try to get around plan limits, including by creating multiple free accounts.
- Forward mail to an address you don’t control, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or other users.
- Receive bulk or automated traffic at a volume that affects the Service for others.
Fair use on Plus
Plus has no fixed daily forwarding cap. It is designed for normal personal use. If an alias receives bulk or automated traffic at a scale that affects deliverability or other users, we may rate-limit it and will contact you if action is needed.
Reporting abuse
If you believe a Hskky alias is being used for abuse, report it through our contact form and choose “Report abuse”. Please include the alias, what happened and, where possible, the full headers of any relevant message.
Enforcement
If we find a breach of this policy, we may warn you, stop the aliases involved, suspend your account or close it, depending on how serious the breach is. Where the law requires, we may report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
