How the limits work
The few rules that apply to every account, explained plainly.
The two-month safety window
Stopped aliases stop forwarding instantly but stay reclaimable for two months, then they’re removed. More on the lifecycle
Alias changes on Free
Free accounts can change their alias 2 times per rolling 30 days. The limit prevents automated churn that would harm deliverability for everyone.
Custom name rules
Six characters or more, lowercase letters, numbers, periods and hyphens. System names like admin and support are reserved. See the rules
Fair use on Plus
No daily cap for normal personal use. Bulk or automated traffic is covered by the acceptable use policy.
Billing questions
Who processes my payment?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your card or other payment method, issues your invoice and handles sales tax or VAT. Hskky never sees or stores your full card details.
Will tax be added to the price?
Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Paddle calculates it and shows the final amount before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you ask within 14 days of buying or renewing Plus, you’ll get a full refund with no questions asked. See the refund policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account. Plus stays active until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and won’t renew after that.
What happens to my aliases if Plus ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan. You choose which alias stays active; the others are stopped and enter their two-month safety window, during which you can upgrade again to bring them back. Custom names you’ve deleted remain locked to protect you.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not at the moment. Plus is $20 billed once a year.
What does fair use mean?
Plus has no fixed daily forwarding cap. Fair use simply means normal personal use. Aliases used to receive bulk or automated traffic at a scale that affects other users may be rate-limited, as described in the acceptable use policy.
