14-day refund
If you are not happy with Hskky Plus, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
This applies to every Plus payment, including your first purchase and each yearly renewal.
How to request a refund
- Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle, or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
- Send us a message through our contact form, choosing “Billing and refunds”, from the email address on your account.
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes all refunds. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show the refund.
What happens after a refund
When a refund is issued, your Plus subscription ends and your account moves to the Free plan. You keep one active alias, and your other aliases are stopped and enter their two-month safety window.
Cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel at any time from your account to stop your subscription renewing. Plus remains active until the end of the year you have paid for.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
